As social media sends the Pop icon’s name to the top of trending lists in response to the shocking revelations loaded in her Lifetime documentary, the four-hour TV event – peppered with snippets of some of her greatest hits – has also helped launch the youngest Jackson’s name to the top of music sales lists.
Peruse of the real-time iTunes R&B sales chart will show Janet’s groundbreaking 1989 album, ‘Rhythm Nation 1814,’ in the top slot with its follow-up – 1993’s ‘Janet.’ – not far behind at #5.
