KANYE WEST LINKS WITH DRAKE, FUTURE, TRAVIS SCOTT & MORE AT ‘DONDA 2’ LISTENING PARTY

Kanye West went all out with the rollout for Donda last summer, hosting three stadium-status listening sessions in Atlanta and Chicago as he finished up his 10th studio album. But so far, things are a little more lowkey regarding the upcoming sequel.
Future (who is executive producing the album), Travis Scott, Offset, Gunna, French Montana and Kendall Jenner — the sister of his soon-to-be-ex-wife Kim Kardashian — were all seen arriving at the restaurant/celebrity hotspot.
Gunna even recorded vocals for Donda 2 inside the swanky establishment.
After leaving Nobu, Kanye and co. reportedly kept the party going at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, where they were joined by Drake, Baby Keem, Yung Lean, Brent Faiyaz, A$AP Nast, director Cole Bennett and Dominic Fike among others.
On Tuesday (February 8), Kanye shared a photo from the night on Instagram showing him masked up next to Drake, Travis Scott, Baby Keem, Yung Lean and Travis’ personal photographer RAYSCORRUPTEDMIND.
“DONDA2 2 22 22,” he captioned the post, referencing the album’s February 22 release date.
Elsewhere, Drake is seen leaving the event.
With a tracklist yet to be issued and few details known about the album, it’s unclear how many (if any) of Kanye West’s fellow party goers will appear on Donda 2.
The biggest insight into Donda 2 so far has come from producer Digital Nas, who revealed in a recent interview with Rolling Stone that Kanye is aiming for the album to be the soundtrack to life’s biggest milestones.
“These are the directives for the album: if it cannot be played at a funeral, childbirth, graduation, a wedding, it will not be on our record,” the Atlanta-bred beatsmith said. “We learned a lot from Donda 1. We learned what hit. We learned what was sticking. So we took from there. It has to be able to be played at four major moments in people’s lives.”
Pusha T, A$AP Rocky, Moneybagg Yo, Fivio Foreign, DaBaby, Big Sean, Beanie Sigel and Marilyn Manson are just some of the other names who appear to be involved in the album.
