Law Roach is sharing details about the current status of his love life. Recently, the celebrity stylist joined Keke Palmer and Normani for a panel discussion about his new book, ‘How to Build a Fashion Icon: Notes on Confidence from the World’s Only Image Architect.’
PEOPLE reports that during the conversation, the renowned fashion stylist revealed that he has “never craved” the love a partner may offer.
“You know, some people go to bed and they dream about finding that significant other, a person that makes them whole or somebody to hold them at night. I’ve never craved that type of love,” Law said.
However, despite his feelings, the image architect expressed that he remains open to a future with the right person.
“Now, that being said, if the universe wants to bless me with a man that’s a billionaire or very close to it, you know, my heart is open for that,” he joked.
Ultimately, Law explained that he never felt that a partner’s love was his true calling.
But I just never felt like that was my calling, and that’s okay. It’s the same way like, all women don’t crave to be mothers, right? And that’s okay, so it just was never my calling,” he continued.
Law’s thoughts on love coincide with the release of his new book on Oct. 1, which reveals the secrets behind his styling approach. The synopsis highlights various tips, tricks, and memorable styling moments to help readers live their most iconic and fashionable lives, per PEOPLE.
In March 2023, Law Roach shocked the innanet by announcing his retirement from celebrity styling on Instagram. In the now-deleted post, he expressed if the industry focused solely on clothing, he would happily continue for a lifetime.
Just three months after announcing his retirement, the style expert revealed he was still “figuring things out” while accepting the Innovation Award at Hollywood Unlocked’s 3rd Annual Impact Awards in June 2023, per PEOPLE.
“When I retired, people say that I was at the height of my career and I was so brave and so courageous to walk away from the success and all the money, but I woke up that day and I realized that I was broken. I had done everything, won every award, did everything. Anything that you could think that was the definition of being successful, I had did it,” Law said during his speech.
