Danny Brown, the Detroit-based rapper, has recently confirmed that he plans to enter a rehabilitation facility following a drunken rant on an episode of his podcast, The Danny Brown Show. During the episode, Brown vented about the status of his upcoming album Quaranta, which he turned in two years ago, and called out his label and his manager Dart Parker, before switching gears and calling off his army of Twitter trolls.
Aye chill out with all the #FreeDanny shit I was drunk and talking shit and that’s why my dumb ass is checking into treatment tomorrow got nothing but love for dart and warp so chill out the album is mastered

Following the incident, Brown took to Twitter to confirm his plans to seek help for his dependency on alcohol. “I was drunk and talking s**t, and that’s why my dumb ass is checking into treatment tomorrow,” he wrote. “Got nothing but love for Dart and Warp, so chill out. The album is mastered.”
This isn’t the first time that Brown has spoken about his struggles with alcohol and drug abuse. Earlier this month, during a performance at SXSW, he told the crowd that he’s getting tired of being drunk and high all day. “At the end of the day, I’m 42 years old, sitting around smoking blunts all day, and getting drunk is getting old,” he said. “Y’all have y’all fun but s**t could get dark. I’m going to get help.”

Brown has been planning on going to rehab for the past couple of weeks, and his decision to seek help is a positive step towards his recovery. It’s not easy to admit that you need help, but Brown’s decision to do so is a brave one. He’s setting a great example for his fans, and showing that it’s important to take care of your mental health.
After recently releasing his joint album with JPEGMAFIA, Scaring The H*es, which includes 14 tracks, including a collaboration with redevil “Kingdom Hearts Key,” Danny Brown has made the decision to seek help for his alcohol dependency by entering rehab. While fans can stream the project below, Brown’s focus is now on getting the help he needs to overcome his struggles with addiction. You can stream the project below.
