Grand Jury Digging For Dirt In Miami … New Subpoena Issued

Written by on August 31, 2024

Federal authorities are continuing their investigation into Diddy, aiming for a potential criminal indictment against the music mogul, with a new grand jury subpoena now issued involving a hotel in Florida.

According to legal documents obtained by 107.3 VIP, federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York have issued a subpoena requesting documents and other evidence from a luxury hotel in Miami related to Diddy.

The subpoena names both Diddy and his ex, Daphne Joy, and demands the hotel provide reservation records involving the two, as well as other associates of the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO.

The records requested span from January 1, 2008, to the present and include check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences, requests, and billing details, such as room service. Additionally, the subpoena seeks email and mailing addresses, phone numbers, and payment methods, including cash and credit cards.

Prosecutors have also asked for computer IP addresses, logins, copies of identifications, and vehicle information related to the individuals. They have also inquired about surveillance footage from the hotel.

Earlier this year, in March, Homeland Security agents conducted raids on Diddy’s residences in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of sex and narcotics trafficking involving the record executive.

107.3 VIP has confirmed that a federal grand jury has been convened, and witnesses have been notified they may be called to testify in the Southern District of New York.

In addition, Diddy is currently named in eight lawsuits, alleging sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical abuse. The most prominent case, filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie, was swiftly settled.

Representatives for Diddy and Daphne declined to comment when contacted.
