After Coi Leray watched the Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five-sampling song explode on Tik Tok to the tune of over 5 billion plays across the many clips that reference it as a featured sound, the rapstress saw it ascend to her highest Hot 100 height to date.

Upon the Billboard Hot 100’s refreshing Monday (February 27), Coi found her name printed inside the top 20 for the first time with ‘Players.’  Here are the numbers that powered the placement.

• Streaming ≈ 10.5 million U.S.-based streams
• Digital Downloads ≈ 3,800 sold
• Radio Airplay ≈ 41.1 million audience impressions

The combo proved potent enough to get ‘Players’ to #17, a career high for the femcee as her previous best came courtesy of the #26-peaking, Lil Durk-assisted hit ‘No More Parties’ in 2021. 

Not resting on her laurels, Leray’s latest bid to get the song to even higher Hot 100 heights came Monday when she appeared as the musical guest on the night’s episode of ‘Jimmy Kimmel.’
