1. Limited Entry and Occupancy:
Each vendor is allowed entry for two individuals only and is allocated one table with a strict limit of two people per table.
2. Vendor Passes:
Two vendor passes cover the cost of two tickets plus the cost of food.
These passes must be worn at all times during the event. These vendor passes will allow you to attend the show and get the free dinner. There will be a cash bar for your enjoyment.
3. Product and Service Offerings:
Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute any food or drinks at the event.
4. Space Allocation:
Each vendor will be provided with a specified space. Vendors must keep their displays within these boundaries.
5. Set-Up and Break-Down:
Load-in begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 6:30 PM.
Load-out starts at 11:30 AM and must be completed by 12:00 AM.
Removal of Belongings:
Please be advised that any items left behind by vendors at the conclusion of the load-out period will be discarded. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all their belongings, including materials, equipment, and personal items, are removed from the premises by 12:00 AM. The event organizers, 107.3 VIP, will not be responsible for the safety or condition of any items left behind. It is crucial that vendors take all their belongings with them to avoid loss or damage.
6. Parking and Loading:
Information regarding parking and loading will be provided. Vendors must comply with these guidelines.
7. Health and Safety Compliance:
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their space complies with all applicable health and safety regulations.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Vendors can cancel their participation up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations within this period will be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the organizers.
9. Payments:
- Payments: $150, effective immediately after form completion. (NO CHECKS ACCEPTED). All payments must be completed by February 7, 2024.

LIABILITY:
Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of any lawful authority, agency, or government unit which apply to the use of their vending space. This includes, without limitation, any state or local fire and building codes, and health regulations applicable to the locality where the Valentine’s Day event hosted by 107.3 VIP is taking place.
The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons, damages to property, or any other injury, claim, damage, or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Valentine’s Day event.
The Vendor shall indemnify, save, and hold harmless 107.3 VIP, its agents, volunteers, and any affiliated entities from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from the Event performed by the vendor, including, but not limited to, any negligence, act, or omission of the vendor.
The Vendor agrees to take full responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in their booth area. The Vendor accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. The Vendor agrees that 107.3 VIP, its volunteers, and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to the vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods, or other property.
107.3 VIP shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, and guests, due to fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from the vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 107.3 VIP and its representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whatsoever, resulting from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
