MUSIC SUBMISSION RULES

Indie All-Star Hour Submission Rules:

1. Eligibility: All submissions are open to independent artists only. This platform is designed to promote emerging talents in the Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, and Gospel genres.
2. Music Quality: All submitted tracks must be clean radio edits. This means no explicit language, graphic content, or anything that would be deemed inappropriate for general radio listenership.
3. Genres Accepted: Currently, we only accept submissions in the Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, and Gospel genres.
4. Required Information: Artists are required to provide the following details for their submission:
   • First and Last Name
   • Artist/Professional Name
   • Phone Number
   • City & State
   • Email Address
5. Submission Details: Alongside the required personal information, artists should submit:
   • Chosen Genre (Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, Gospel)
   • An Image (preferably a high-resolution artist or album cover photo)
   • MP3 of the track (song)
   • MP3 of the instrumental (if available)
6. File Specifications:
   • All music files must be in MP3 format.
   • Files should be named according to this format: ArtistName_SongTitle.mp3 (e.g., “JohnDoe_MySong.mp3”)
   • Image files should be clear and of high quality, preferably 300 dpi or higher in resolution.
7. Rights & Permissions: By submitting, the artist confirms that:
   • They have the rights to the music and are not infringing on anyone else’s copyright.
   • 1073vip.com has permission to play the submitted track on air and promote it on its various platforms.
8. Selection Process: Not all submitted songs will be aired. Selection is based on the quality, suitability for our audience, and other considerations at the discretion of 1073vip.com’s selection committee.
9. Communication: If your song is selected to be aired during the Indie All-Star Hour, you might receive a notification via the provided contact details. Due to the volume of submissions, we cannot guarantee feedback or a response to every submission.
10. Updates & Re-submission: Artists can submit new songs as they produce them, but are discouraged from re-submitting the same song multiple times unless significant changes have been made.
11. Data Privacy: All personal information provided will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without the artist’s consent, except as necessary for the Indie All-Star Hour’s operations.
12. Terms & Conditions: Submission to the Indie All-Star Hour implies acceptance of these rules and any other stipulations set by 1073vip.com. The radio station reserves the right to update these rules as necessary.
