Tor're Sanz began his pursuit of radio at the early age of fifteen in Detroit, Michigan when he was hired as a research assistant and producer for WHYT radio (96.3fm). In 2005 Sanz would go on to graduate with top honors as 'The Most Entertaining Radio Personality' from Specs Howards School of Broadcast Arts in Southfield, Michigan and in 2006 he would receive an award from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters as First Place Winner for the Best Air Check in the state.
