Details On Georgia Mom’s Drunk Driving Incident
Earlier this month, Georgia State Patrol troopers arrested 25-year-old Nala Sarabi Miller after chasing her through Coweta County. Fox5Atlanta reports that a trooper spotted Miller driving south in a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta in the northbound lanes of I-85 around 12:04 a.m. When the officer flashed his blue lights, Miller accelerated instead of pulling over. The chase didn’t last long, though — the trooper pulled a PIT maneuver, stopped the car, and eventually found her 8-year-old child inside without a seatbelt. Authorities still haven’t determined where Nala Miller was coming from or where she planned to go before the chase began.
Full Breakdown Of Nala Miller’s Charges
After the incident, Nala Miller racked up a long list of charges. Authorities hit her with a DUI and child endangerment for driving under the influence with a child under 14 in the car, per WSBTV. But that’s not all — she also got charged for not restraining her child, driving on the wrong side of the road, ignoring an emergency vehicle, riding in the emergency lane, having no proof of insurance, fleeing police, trespassing, and disorderly conduct. However, at this time, authorities are still reportedly investigating the events that led to the charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
