On Tuesday,Nov. 18, Lil Zay Osama took to his Instagram Story asking for help to locate the Chicago mother and son who were attacked by a group of kids. He said the video hit him hard as a father and emphasized, “That ain’t Chicago. I need that young man in the video to know that what happened to him and his mom ain’t normal.”
Lil Zay Osama shared that he and his foundation want to support the family for Christmas. He offered to fly them to Los Angeles for a weekend, take them to dinner, and show them real support. He added that this moment should be a call to action for the entire city and announced that he’s starting by donating so the young boy can shop for himself and his mom.
Lil Zay Osama also sat down for an interview with FOX32 Chicago, delivering a message directly to other children who may be watching. He emphasized that incidents like this should not be happening and urged the community to do better for its youth.
