Days after TMZ exposed her identity, the woman spotted passionately kissing Desmond in a Houston bar is speaking out. Marissa Springer broke her silence as Scotts’ fans have been flooding her comment sections with home wrecker speculations and not-so-nice comments. Meanwhile, Kristy has yet to address Desmond’s spit-swapping escapade! However, she recently clocked rumors that, like her estranged husband, she cheated, too.

Marissa Springer Says She’s Not The Person Desmond Scott Initially Cheated With

It took less than 24 hours to find Marissa Springer after footage showed her snuggled in Desmond’s lap and lip-locking. She was gripping his face, he had his arms wrapped around her waist and it was if they were the only ones inside Houston’s Santé’s in that moment!

While breaking her silence in an Instagram video, Marissa confirmed what TMZ had previously reported. She and Desmond met the same Sunday night (Jan. 11) that they tongue tussled. Springer clarified that she is not the person whom Desmond Scott cheated with after asking Kristy Scott for a separation in late 2025.

“Everyone involved in the situation knows that it was not me,” Marissa said, addressing speculations that she might be linked to the Scotts’ divorce.

Later in her video, without naming the couple, she doubled down on Desmond’s divorced status.

“They are divorced. The ink is dry. Most of you guys don’t actually know these people,” Springer said, without sharing whether Desmond Scott told her these details.

As far as the public knows, the ink has barely hit the paper! Kristy Scott reportedly filed for a divorce on Dec. 30. At the time, she indicated she and Desmond were still living together, but would soon not. Kristy alleged that differences in personality and infidelity makes reconciliation impossible. In the paperwork, she reportedly said she wants their property agreement on solo and community property enforced. However, the couple still has to come to terms regarding their sons’ custody, access and support. TMZ broke the news of the divorce on Jan. 9. One day later, on his birthday, Desmond apologized to Kristy and their supporters, while seemingly acknowledging that he cheated. The next evening? He was filmed kissing Marissa Springer in a cocktail bar.

Influencer Shuts Down Transgender & TMZ Rumors 

But those weren’t the only rumors Marissa Springer shut down! In her video, she included three photos to prove that she’s “always been a girl,” was born a girl and is not transgender. “I’m just a girl, I love being a girl. No offense to the transgenders,” she said. She also briefly defended Desmond Scott’s sexuality.

“And why are you guys clearly straight man gay as an insult? I thought that was something we don’t do in 2026.” 

Additionally, Marissa clarified that she did not call TMZ on herself. She said the information they released about her is public, from her recent 24th birthday to her fashion modeling. She said TMZ reached out for a statement, and that’s when she clarified to the outlet that they had just met and she didn’t know who Desmond Scott was.

“I’m pretty sure when you guys meet someone at the club, you don’t interrogate them about who or what their social media status is. We were obviously many drinks in. The vibes were there as you could tell,” Springer said.

A few seconds later, she clarified that she doesn’t cook or have kids so she doesn’t spend time on the side of TikTok Desmond and Kristy Scott were on. Others rumors she cleared up included her relationship status (single) and whether she asked Desmond to buy her a bottle in the Houston bar (false).

“I know I’m gonna get hate whether I post a video or not, but I just wanted to clear my name cause again I am not the woman he cheated with. Moral of the story, nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors and it should never reach the extent of having death threats to you or your family.”

Kristy Scott Denies Cheating On Desmond

Kristy Sarah has showed her fans her “same address,” her new drapes, her yummy meals and even activated bob! Still, she’s yet to publicly comment on filing for divorce after 11 years, Desmond’s statement or his mouth-making magic with Marissa Springer.

But there’s one rumor regarding the split, she definitely didn’t let slide this weekend. As fans dig in for more information, Kristy Scott made it clear that some tea might be piss, chile! After a TikToker posted a story about Kristy Scott allegedly using a finsta (fake Instagram) to cheat, she slid in the comment section. Kristy Sarah wrote, “False,” shutting down speculations that she was also unfaithful in the marriage.
