Daughter Of Man Allegedly Murdered By Remy Ma’s Son Speaks Out After Trading Heated Words With Rapper (EXCLUSIVE DETAILS)

Remy Ma recently showed up to support her son, JaySon Scott, in court, but things quickly went left outside of the government building. Ma got into a heated verbal confrontation with a woman named Jazmin Dior. She is the daughter of Darius Guillebeaux, the man JaySon is accused of fatally shooting in 2021. After video of the courthouse clapbacks went viral, Dior spoke to The Shade Room about why she came at the rapper sideways.

Remy Reacts To Jazmin Dior Seemingly Inviting Her To Fight 

Late Monday (June 30), a video of Remy Ma lingering outside of the courthouse surfaced on the internet. The clips shows the rapper and Jazmin, who was recording the interaction, in the mi ddle of going back and forth. Dior encourages Remy Ma to “come down” so she can “beat [her] up too.” Ma didn’t back down, and instead egged her on saying, “Beat me up” as she rushed down the court stairs. When Ma reached the bottom of the stairs, Dior switched her tune, instead proposing they go “around the corner.” Meanwhile, the rapper kept saying “Beat me up.”

At another point in the video, the woman and Remy Ma exchanged words about being “ugly,” wearing makeup and Dior allegedly wearing a “fake watch.” The clips circulating do not suggest the women made any physcial contact with each other. Jazmin Dior Clears The Air On Energy For Rapper

Following the altercation, Dior spoke exclusively to The Shade Room Social Producer China Lovelace about it. She seemed to suggest that Remy approached her first with “hostility, attitude.” Also, she claimed the defendants’ mother attempted to “escalate things physically—as if I was the one who had done something wrong.” 

“Let me be clear: her son is being charged with murdering my father [Guillebeaux] in a cold-blooded, premeditated act. I came to court for justice and healing, not confrontation or disrespect. Her behavior only added more trauma to an already unbearable experience.”

Jazmin reportedly told TSR that Ma’s alleged actions are disheartening and disturbing. Rather than show remorse for her son’s act, Remy Ma chose to lash out, Jazmin said.

“I am grieving a loss that cannot be replaced, and I will not allow anyone to shift blame or act like my pain is anything less than valid,” she said.

Despite Dior claiming that Remy was hostile and approached her, it remains unclear what sparked the alleged approach and ultimate confrontation.

Here’s How Remy Ma First Reacted To Son’s Arrest

Meanwhile, Remy Ma has not spoken out about the incident or given any recent updates on her son. JaySon Scott is behind bars for first-degree murder, second-degree murder, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, and first-degree reckless endangerment. Officials arrested and charged JaySon in June 2024 in connection to the death of Darius Guillebeaux, whom he had allegedly gotten into a dispute with on June 7, 2021. The 47-year-old died from gunshot wounds to his chest and head at a hospital near Queens, New York.

According to Page Six, officials also arrested and charged a second man named Richard Swygert in connection to the death. At the time of arrest, the outlet reported that someone hired Richard and JaySon Scott to kill Darius.

Remy Ma first spoke out about her son’s case shortly after his arrest. She told Page Six that she was standing by JaySon’s innocence and praying NYPD would conduct a thorough investigation. She admitted that the arrest presented “a difficult time” for their family and asked for privacy. A statement from Remy shared via her son’s lawyer Dawn Florio said:

“As his mother, I want to address this situation personally but have been strongly advised by his legal counsel not to say anything — as most people in similar situations are informed by their attorneys due to it being an active case,” Ma said.
