As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for North Texas revealed that on January 10, 2026, Pooh Shiesty, his dad, Lontrell Williams, and seven others kidnapped and robbed Gucci Mane and two others. This, during what appeared to be a music meeting, which reportedly turned into a “coordinated armed takeover.”

Since then, the criminal complaint, including the full details regarding the alleged kidnapping and robbery, has been released, per The Shade Room. Additionally, Pooh Shiesty and his assailants have been arrested, with the rapper being denied bond. Furthermore, Gucci Mane’s alleged statement to authorities and his follow-up, revelatory ‘Crash Dummy’ diss track, has left rappers and social media users heated, debating whether he snitched despite his apparent street credibility.
