The announcement, a video, was posted on his and Usher’s Instagram feeds early Friday morning. It shows two masked men hopping on motorcycles and speeding to link up as they pass by fans receiving alerts on their phones. It ends with the two men, revealed to be Chris Brown and Usher, stepping into an elevator. Usher says, “It’s time, and Chris Brown responds, “Hell yeah.” Then, the doors open to a stage with a cheering crowd in front.
