An unidentified Kentucky woman called 911 after reportedly finding human body parts, specifically arms and fingers, inside a package delivered to her home.

Kentucky Woman Reportedly Finds Human Body Parts, Arms & Fingers, Inside Delivery Package

According to Fox19, the incident occurred on the evening of Wednesday, October 29. On that night, the unidentified Kentucky woman was reportedly expecting medicine to be delivered in the mail. Instead, per the Christian County Coroner, Scott Daniel, the woman received human “arms and fingers.” Per WSMV, specifically, 911 calls showed that the woman received “two arms and four fingers.”

“We were expecting a delivery of urgent medication that was flown in on like a Nashville airport thing, and they delivered two boxes. We opened one box, and it turned out to be human body parts for transplant, like it’s very medicinal,” the woman reportedly stated on the call.

What Happened After The Woman Called 911 About The Human Body Parts

Per the outlet, the coroner responded to the woman’s home and took the body parts to the morgue. Scott Daniel reportedly asserted that the mistake with the package “involved an airline company, a freight company, and a courier.”

Fox19 adds that body parts can be shipped for “transplants or for research.” Per WSMV, the “body parts are now being sent to the correct locations.” However, it remains unclear what they are intended to be used for.

Before the incident involving the Kentucky woman discovering human arms and fingers inside her delivery package, police in California made a shocking discovery inside an apartment. As The Shade Room previously reported, on October 28, authorities were called to a Lynwood apartment to perform a welfare check on a child. Once there, authorities reportedly discovered a child’s body in what was initially described as a “freezer.” Subsequently, the child’s mom, dad, and grandmother were arrested.

Then, on October 31, authorities shed more light on the child, in part, revealing that he was found in a cooler filled with ice.
