On Thursday, September 18, Brandy took to Instagram to share a reel with her more than six million followers. Furthermore, the footage featured the text “FOLDED” and showed the singer standing in the studio with headphones on her ears. As the clip continued, Brandy’s stacked vocals appeared over the ‘FOLDED’ chords.

“While I’m busy getting ready for the ALMOST SOLD OUT ‘THE BOY IS MINE TOUR,’ I took a little break from rehearsal to hop on the hottest song of the summer—my lil sis @kehlani ‘FOLDED.’ Adding some Brandy sauce to the mix feels so special because Kehlani is truly like my little sister, and I love her so much,” Brandy captioned the clip in part.

Internet users slid into The Shade Room’s comment section, absolutely hype to hear Brandy jumped on the track.

Before the singer covered Kehlani’s ‘Folded,’ she made headlines by way of her brother, Ray J. As The Shade Room previously reported, in July, Ray J stopped by the ‘Drop the Lo’ podcast and opened up about his relationship with his sister. At the time, he shared that he felt like an “embarrassment” to his family, and alleged he and his sister hadn’t spoken to one another in some time.
