She didn’t name the person involved, but they are known to have been in an on-and-off relationship. Following the widespread reaction to Dacoda’s post, the Kansas City Chiefs have addressed her claims and allegations involving Rashee.

Kansas City Chiefs Speak Out Following Abuse Allegations Against Rashee Rice

The Kansas City Chiefs released a statement confirming they are aware of the domestic violence allegations circulating on social media. The team did not mention Rashee Rice or Dacoda Nichole by name, but outlets quickly linked the statement to the situation as it came after Dacoda’s Instagram post went viral.

“The club is aware of the allegations on social media and is in communication with the National Football League. We have no further comment at this time,” the statement read.

Dacoda Nichole Speaks Out & Shares Photos Of Alleged Abuse

Speculation about Rashee Rice started after Dacoda Nichole shared photos on Instagram showing her with multiple bruises and injuries. In one photo, she shows screenshots of her swollen, bloody lips. In other pics, she shows bruises on her arms and legs, along with scratches across her face. She also posted images of a home that appeared to be destroyed. In a lengthy caption, Dacoda told her followers she was tired of staying quiet to protect “his” image.

“DOMESTIC AWARENESS WARNING‼️ I’m so tired of keeping quiet I’m so tired of protecting his image. I’ve been through too much in a span of 8 years and I’ve had ENOUGH! I’ve dealt with abuse for years, me and this man decided to break up a couple months ago and since then it’s been nothing but hell…”

Additionally, she said she’s been dealing with abuse throughout eight years of her relationship. She also accused the unnamed partner of assaulting her while she was pregnant and recalled being left alone in Kansas with her kids at one point.

“He literally left us in Kansas and I had to beg him to send money so that I could drive to Texas with my kids and all our stuff. We have an agreement because of everything he’s put me through and he still doesn’t follow it,” Dacoda continued.

More About Rashee Rice’s Career & Past Felony Charges

As of right now, Rashee Rice and his attorney haven’t addressed the accusations circulating online. NBC News reports that he missed the first six games of his season due to a suspension after pleading guilty to felony charges. Rice was reportedly driving a Lamborghini Urus at 119 mph and making aggressive moves through traffic before colliding with other vehicles. The outlet adds that he reportedly didn’t check on the other people in the other cars after the crash. And he allegedly took off on foot instead.
