Rod Was Previously Arrested On 14 Charges
This is the second time Rod Wave has been arrested this year. Back in May, authorities hit him with 14 charges after an incident on April 21, and they booked him into Fulton County Jail.
“The charges included: Aggravated assault, two counts of possession of a firearm or knife… pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another, two counts of reckless conduct, two counts of criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree, two counts of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, two counts of felony tampering with evidence, simple assault, and conspiracy to commit a felony.”
At the time, Rod’s lawyers denied his involvement in aggravated assault or tampering with evidence. But he turned himself in and was released on bond shortly after, according to Complex. Per TMZ, the incident stemmed from a reported dispute at his Atlanta home. The dispute reportedly involved a “disagreement with his realtors and other associates.”
