Meanwhile, her ex Kevin Hunter is stirring up serious drama behind the scenes. He filed a $250 million lawsuit in NYC federal court, naming 48 people—including Wendy’s guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, and Wells Fargo. Kevin’s claiming Wendy’s been “abused, neglected, and defrauded” under the guardianship that began in 2022 after the bank froze her accounts. He says she’s still sharp despite her diagnoses of Graves’ disease, aphasia, and frontotemporal dementia, pointing to a March competency test she reportedly passed.
