Whew! O’Day Weighs In On What She Believes Really Happened To Diddy Behind The ScenesWhew! O’Day Weighs In On What She Believes Really Happened To Diddy Behind The Scenes

You know when a high-profile trial ends and the internet is still shook? That’s exactly the energy this week after Aubrey O’Day weighed in on Diddy’s case and jail stint. O’Day, who has long spoken out about her experiences with the music mogul, says she doubts the Bad Boy Entertainment founder has truly “learned the right lessons.

O’Day Questions If Diddy Faced True Consequences

Speaking on the Hello Prenup podcast recently, O’Day called into question how seriously the court addressed the severity of Diddy’s crimes. The music tycoon, whose real name is Sean Combs, is currently serving 50 months after being found guilty of violating the Mann Act twice. During the seven-week trial, former associates, ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, and sex workers testified about past encounters with the mogul. But, O’Day argues that the public hasn’t seen the full extent of what she calls his “downfall.

Around the 16-minute mark, O’Day can be heard diving into the topic. And, she said exactly how she feels about Diddy and the trial:

“I think he’s observing it from a perspective that potentially could be accurate on some levels, but the really serious levels and concerning levels that I see,” O’Day continued, “I don’t think we even discussed them during the trial.” She added, “Because when you can’t rely on the facade anymore, money allows you to move in a lot of ways that you naturally would not authentically move in. And, you can get lost in those,” she said. O’Day even said, “You can lose the plot quickly. People don’t understand how money and power is like better than the best sex you’ve ever had in your life.”

O’Day Calls Out Diddy’s High-Powered Behavior

O’Day also reflected on the power and influence money gives, explaining, “People think porn addiction and sex addictions are crazy. Meet a powerful person. Sex ain’t nothing compared to what their highs look like… When that’s taken away and you have to face yourself, that’ll wake anybody up.” The singer, who was not subpoenaed for the trial, has previously alleged that Diddy made unwanted sexual advances toward her during her time with Danity Kane. As shown in the 2025 Netflix documentary ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning’—O’Day says her perspective on Diddy’s behavior has long been clear. According to her, the mogul still has lessons to learn.

She Has Previously Spoken On Her Pain

O’Day had fans in full panic mode after being forced to miss Danity Kane’s reunion show in L.A. last December. Taking to her Instagram Story, Aubrey revealed she had been battling sickness all day. And, it unfortunately landed her in the ER, leaving her unable to perform.

But, it wasn’t just her body that was hurting. Her heart was shattered at having to let down fans who had been counting down to the group’s comeback. “I’ve been fighting it all day, spinning around in my head trying to find any way to make this work, but being sick is being sick – it’s completely out of my control,” she wrote. O’Day also shared that she couldn’t wait to rejoin the girls the second her body allows it. And, the post showed just how deeply the whole situation had affected her physically and emotionally drained.
