More Details On The Allegations Against Zoe Spencer
The allegations against Zoe Spencer stem from a resurfaced livestream, reportedly from early 2024, showing Nina Lin and Zoe Spencer interacting with Said. In the clip, Lin can be seen restraining Said while Spencer twerks on him. Viewers noted that Said appeared visibly uncomfortable, and even Silky suggested his assistant did not consent to the activities.
@justiceforsaid Disgusting… SLG or whatever silky’s group is. How do you not stand up against this? This is “Faze Silky’s” assistant and he has been invalidated by both parties and has SPOKEN UP ABOUT IT. This is all too crazy for me. #faze #silky #fyp #nina #zoespencer
Complex reports that Said addressed the resurfaced footage in a now-deleted post X. He reportedly wrote, “I’ve been vocal about the situation originally and nobody cared… i’ve been invalidated by the other parties. which don’t realize what it did.”
In a clip that appears to date to May 2025, Zoe Spencer went live on Twitch to apologize to Said and anyone else she may have made “uncomfortable,” saying, “I definitely don’t want my content to come off at the cost of somebody’s boundaries and their respect.”

”Zoe Spencer Issues Apology Statement
Then, on Thursday, October 30, Zoe Spencer publicly addressed the situation on X, following her initial comment on the incident in May. This is her first public response since the clips resurfaced and her temporary ban from Twitch.
In her statement, Spencer wrote:
“I want to publicly address the situation that’s been circling around. The incident took place in February, and after old clips resurfaced, I took full accountability during a stream this past May. In that stream, I publicly apologized to anyone I made feel uncomfortable, reflected on my actions, and expressed gratitude to my community, and even those outside it, for holding me accountable.
My apologies have always been sincere. Since then, I’ve spent real time reflecting, learning, and growing from my mistakes. What happened will never happen again, and I remain committed to becoming a better version of myself every day.
Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, checked in, or extended grace along the way.
Yours truly,
Zoe Spencer”
