In honor of his 24th birthday, Kai Cenat thanked supporters for the birthday wishes while opening up about his mental health journey. He shared that over the past few months, he’s been battling self-doubt and fear while pursuing the goals he truly wants to achieve. Kai went on to explain that much of the pressure stems from his desire to grow creatively.
“I’ve really been in my head because I just want to do more. I’ve come to realize that I’m a true creator, and I’m very passionate about what I’m creating.”
While acknowledging his emotions are new and difficult, he reassured supporters that things have been improving. “It’s been getting better… I’ve never had this feeling before, but I truly want to create.” Additionally, he took to his caption to further share his plans for the future.
“I truly want to get personal with you guys, I have real passion for the world of creating in general & I hope I can share more of what I’m doing with you guys through @kc3hidd3n. I love everyone who shows love day after day! It is important that you guys also believe that you can do whatever you want in this world! Thank you,” Kai Cenat wrote on IG.
On X, formerly Twitter, he added, “This took a lot for me to do… thank you.”
Despite opening up about his struggles, Kai clarified that he doesn’t intend to step away from his platform. In a separate post, he emphasized that he “will never stop streaming.” He also shared another message reading, “Jesus First.”
